Lumen Platform ("we", "us") values your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information when you use the Lumen Weaver skin generation service (the "Service").

By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service.

1. Information We Collect

When you use the Service, we may collect the following information:

• Account information: the email address, display name, supporter tier and point records you provide at registration.
• Uploaded images: reference images uploaded through "Image-to-Skin" or editing features, which may contain your own likeness or the likeness of others.
• Text content: generation prompts, supplementary descriptions and feedback you enter.
• Generation results: AI-generated skin images, generation history, task status and related metadata.
• Device and network information: IP address, access times, browser type, request logs and security/risk-control data.
• Support-related information: when you support us via third-party platforms such as afdian, the Lumen login email, order number, amount and tier-matching result from your order notes. We do not directly collect or store payment card information.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect solely for the following purposes:

• Providing the Service: processing generation requests, returning skin results, saving generation history.
• Account management: maintaining login state, point balances, check-ins and supporter perks.
• Semantic parsing: sending your text prompts to the Google Gemini API for structured parsing to improve generation quality.
• Support verification: activating supporter perks or performing manual checks based on the email in third-party platform order notes.
• Security and auditing: keeping request logs for abuse prevention, anomaly detection, troubleshooting and compliance auditing.
• Service improvement: analyzing usage patterns, failure causes and feedback to improve generation quality and user experience.

3. Information Sharing and Third-Party Services

We do not sell, rent or publicly disclose your personal information. The following cases involve third-party processing:

• Google Gemini API: receives your text prompts for semantic parsing. Your uploaded reference images are not sent by default.
• Cloudflare: processes network requests as our CDN, gateway, security and network proxy provider.
• Resend: used to send registration email verification codes.
• afdian: processes support orders as a third-party platform. The order notes you leave on afdian are used for automatic activation or manual verification of supporter perks.

Except as required by law, to protect the security of the Service, or to perform actions you initiate, we do not provide your personal information to other third parties.

4. Data Storage and Retention

• Storage location: your data is stored on servers we own or rent, and with necessary third-party services.
• Retention period: uploaded images, generation results, prompts, request logs and feedback records may be retained long-term for auditing, troubleshooting and service improvement.
• Account data: retained for as long as your account exists; after account termination or deletion, we process related data within a reasonable period, unless otherwise required by law.

5. Security Measures

We take the following measures to protect your information:

• Passwords are stored as salted hashes using PBKDF2-HMAC-SHA256; plaintext passwords are never stored.
• Public access is transmitted over HTTPS and the Cloudflare network.
• The server enforces rate limits, anomaly detection and IP-based risk control.
• Internal systems use separate authentication tokens to isolate public endpoints from worker endpoints.

Please understand, however, that internet transmission and electronic storage can never be guaranteed 100% secure.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• View the generation history and point records associated with your account.
• Request deletion of your account and related data by contacting us.
• Log out at any time, clearing locally stored session information.
• Raise questions, complaints or correction requests regarding the processing of your personal information.

7. Independent Tool Statement

Lumen Weaver is an independent creative tool that outputs 64×64 PNG files compatible with the Minecraft skin format. We are not an official product of Mojang Studios, Microsoft Corporation or NetEase, and we have no licensing, sponsorship, affiliation or official partnership with those parties. Minecraft and related names and marks belong to their respective owners; they are mentioned here solely to describe format compatibility and intended use.

8. Protection of Minors

The Service is not directed at children under 14. If you are under 14, do not register for or use the Service. Minors aged 14 to 18 should use the Service with the knowledge and consent of a guardian.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the Service pages. We recommend checking this page regularly for the latest version.
